Haven is located in Shreveport , La. and is a non-profit organization that will
be providing care and homes for over 600 chimpanzees that have been used in
bio-medical research. They have purchased 200 acres in Shreveport which
will be the permanent home and sanctuary for these chimps.<BR>While Chimp Haven
is still under construction and awaiting the arrival of their chimpanzees,
R.E.L.E.A.F. is more than honored to be a part in helping them raise money for
some of their other expenses. <BR>Chimp Haven will be present at the event and
will have a presentation for all to view.<BR><BR>We do hope that you will come
and join us as we strive to help bring a more natural habitat to the chimps
! <BR>Won't it be great to say you were a helping hand in this
