<DIV><BR></DIV>Finnian and I are VERY proud to announce that our<BR>oldest son
Luke, who completes his basic training for<BR>the Air Force, has made the
final cut for a very<BR>specialized group. He was the only one out of a
class<BR>of 70 to make it in to the SERE Instructor program. <BR><BR>The SERE
(Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape)<BR>program only has 325 enlisted
personnel. They train<BR>aircrew members and high risk capture personnel how
to<BR>survive in all climatic conditions as well as how to<BR>survive while
captive.<BR><BR>To quote Finnian, "Mah boy's gonna be a snake eater!"<BR>To
say he is a proud Marine poppa is an<BR>understatement. I am bustin out all
over with pride<BR>and I can hardly wait to see him in his
"Blues".<BR><BR>Missing all of you very much,<BR>Brigit, proud mother of
