GOOD GENTLES, PLEASE NOTE:  There are some very important things you need to know and heed for a successful event next week end.
   I: There are only 25 free passes each day for demo participants.  I need your names to make the list to turn in to the Festival.   Volunteers FOR the Festival will get in free also.  All it requires is 2 hours of your time.  It is a lot of fun, and it is for a good cause.
   II:  Fall Court.  For those attending ONLY Fall Court, there is a $5.00 charge for adults, children 10 and under are free, payable  to the Festival.  Food can only be brought in after 6:00p.m. for set up.  We will have to be done with Court, packed, and off site by 12:00p.m.
I need a list of names of Fall Court participants also.  THESE LISTS OF NAMES ARE VERY IMPORTANT.  If your name is not on the list, you will have to pay the full CHF fee.
  III:  ELFSEA, you are very important to this event.  Please step up and volunteer.  Time is short, but fighters and artisans and just gentles are still needed.
   IV:  For site information, directions, etc, go to www.celticheritagefestival.org.  Liability release waivers will be needed, signed, and will be available on site.
    V:  Fighters will have a list field for the demos.  There will be a changing tent available.  I need a fighter coordinator to get a list of the fighters, coordinate refreshments, etc.  There is no live steel permitted.  Marshalls will also be needed.  You don't have to be a champion fighter for a demo.  The mundanes just want to see people whacking each other!!  SIGN UP NOW!!!
