[SCA-Exchequers] Black Star Exchequer Letter

There is an unfortunate inaccuracy in the Kingdom Exchequer's
letter in the January Black Star.

In it, she describes the conditions for
events to need to collect NMS. It is not accurate that an event needs to be on
the Kingdom Calendar. It IS accurate that the event needs to be advertised in
the Kingdom Newsletter. She has a list of three conditions - change 'Calendar
Event' to 'Advertised in the Kingdom Newsletter' to be correct.

There
were a couple of event ads for events that were not on the Kingdom Calendar in
that issue. Those events will be expected to collect
NMS.

Ghita
Society Exchequer

[Non-text portions of this message
