Therfore, it falls under the same juristiction as Moot. <BR><BR>To answer Lady Alexandria's question, the Wednesday night fighter practice at the Bedford Boys Ranch is unofficial, because it is run by individuals and is not run by the Barony. It is hosted by an individual, who basically extends an open invitation to anyone who wants to join.
