<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman, Times, Serif" size=2><SPAN class=943300518-18112005>The library took out a big ad in the Arlington section of the Star-Telegram today. That will increase our turnout. The library contact says she is estimating 250-300, spread out over the afternoon. James and Debi are our library associates who will help with the program. The children's department has some craft projects ready, and it will be great to add to that if someone in your group has a craft project prepared. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman, Times, Serif" size=2><SPAN class=943300518-18112005></SPAN></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman, Times, Serif" size=2><SPAN class=943300518-18112005>The meeting room in the basement is available to our group for breaks, setting up, staging, dressing, practicing or whatever. The tables will be set up on the first floor in front of the new books shelf. Children's crafts can be in the Young Adult area. James and Debi will get a count of the participants and also pass out surveys evaluating the program. It should be fun! </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
