As far as being Turkish, I think it was labeled that since it was made in Turkey. This is <U>not</U> a complete outfit. I have seen a dance belt like this worn by a Lady from the Northern region. It flows really well, & she is constantly being asked to loan it. She usually wears it with a gwazzee.
