<dd>Just a reminder that there will be a day of A&S and newcomer

classes on Saturday, June 17th from 11am to 11pm at Serena and Robin's

home. This format is to offer a few different classes such as button

making, making a veil, 10 things to make your garment-making better,

period color selections, etc. There will also be a newcomer class if any

newcomers attend. They will also have some fighting classes going on in

the backyard<br><br>


<dd>Serena really wants this to be about lots of people coming together

to learn lots of things all across the SCA spectrum. Experienced members

are encouraged to come and teach, or just hang out visiting or learn

something new with new members. Think of it as a slightly structured

party.<br>

<dd>Please contact us if you would like to teach just about anything that

can be taught in short (30 minute) periods of time.<br>


<dd>Serena has a fabulous library as well! So come hang out and do

research, learn a new skill, or just come and meet other folks. We will

make this a fun day so dont miss it!<br>
