characters and at least one number (my password met both of these requirements)

the site is available to the general public at this time. The only exception
is the list of people registered to the site and their contact information.
However, in the future, I expect to see other information that is only

fill in the blanks. You should get an email and I will get a copy so I know to
enable your access. This two step process is necessary to keep spammers out of
the site. All your information is available only to others who are registered
