Hello everyone

As Milady Anistashias mentor I want to tell everyone Anistashias did 
everything right. She shows use all the ad at Moot and Nobody caught 
the problem. Most of us had been at the business meeting hear the 
presentation and knew what it was about. I really wished lady Maria 
or Lady Arabella had been at Moot. They would have caught the problem

The Autocrates of Lammas Day are very familiar with the SCA alcohol 
policy. I sent it to them the second day they had the event. Asilyn 
informed them of it. Asilyn is a very good senechal and would never 
let anyone do anything to affect our standing our group. 

While the ad was confusing there was never any Plans to have 
a "drinking contest". The Miscreants are very responsible when it 
comes to rules and regulations of the SCA.

I realize it might of looked like we were not paying attention to the 
problem. On June 28 Lisa pointed it out. Later that day I posted 
explained that it was a brewing contest. The Autocrate posted 
explaining the situation and stating that she would rewrite the ad 
and send it out. Somehow the old ad showed up again confusing 
everyone. We do not know how that happened. Anistashias has rewritten 
the ad and sent it out. I hope this clears everything up. Anistashias 
has been doing everything she can to clear up the problem.

I am sorry if any delay has caused conflict.
