official Elfsea Defender, the unofficial title is still one of 
prestige and there is a prize

wTo all the Middle Eastern Dancers of the known world the Middle 
Eastern Guild of the Barony of Elfsea sends Greetings.

We invite all the Middle Eastern Dancers to a Grand Tournament of 
Dancing. The Prize will be a Basket of goodies put together by the 
Guild with prizes donated by Lady Inez including Pearls, tassels and 
2 dance belts. The basket will be worth over 100.00 
The grand prize will be the title of “jewel of Elfsea.”  Though this 
is not an official Elfsea Defender, the unofficial title is still one 
of prestige.

This will be a head to head contest double elimination. A song will 
be played and two dancers will compete against each other. The panel 
of judges will choose between the two. Then the next two will 
perform. The final two will be given eight minute to perform a 
routine at the performing circle that evening. Each judge will choose 
their favorite dancer based on personal choice. The ladies of the 
Middle Eastern guild will be the judges with invited male judges to 
give spice. Largess will be given to dancers throughout the 
competition.
