what are your interest? Does Elfsea support any of them? Why are your 
things more important than others? Why do the Bards have do their 
thing outside of the Barony? Why can Elfsea be a place where we all 
can do our thing?

I don't if this is true, but I have been told that over 40 people 
live in the Elfsea zip codes and do not play in Elfsea. Many of them 
play in other groups or they mainly play in Kingdom. Maybe it is 
because they do not feel that their interests are  respected in 
Elfsea. 

Even if one person does something or has an interest in something 
then the group should support that activity. This club is based on 
individuals growing and doing things.There is space for many 
activities and it isn't a sum zero game. There is room enough for all 
of us.
