<P class=EC_MsoNormal>The Cooks’ Guild is starting up again. We would like to have an organizational meeting at my home on Monday, November 5<SUP>th</SUP>. We will figure out what we want to teach at subsequent meetings. As always, we will cook something and consume it at the meeting. We usually get to eat very well. </P>

<P class=EC_MsoNormal>We will be prepared to teach a segment on knife care and use and suggest a few of the topics for the next few months. Please bring your ideas and an open mind.</P>

<P class=EC_MsoNormal>Subsequent meetings may be held at other locations to spread the burden of travel somewhat. That will be another topic of the night.</P>
