Lord Rikr is the new Knights Marshal, Lord Hogarten is the new Seneschal, and HL Elfwyn is the new A&S Minister. Lady Innes Dee and Sir Asoph and one other person whose name escapes me received pesciary rights (I think I have that correct).<br>
