<div>Our organization has been invited to participate at the Boy Scouts Jamboree Saturday Nov. 15 2008 at the Texas Motor Speedway in  Ft. Worth, TX. They are expecting up to 10,000 people at this event held every 5 years. There will be and Indian, Civil War, Black Powder and other groups with encampments. </div>

<div>We will be can set up  Friday afternoon to be ready for Saturday morning and take down on Sunday. There is also on site security.</div>

<div>Ladies Genevieve, Meriyan, Alexandra,and her Excellency have all been so kind as to offer their help and expertise in making this a great day. </div>

<div>Lady Alexandra will be handling a Ladies Solar. Her ideas are to have ladies working on domestic arts with chairs low tables rugs cushions baskets displaying projects instead of just sitting on tables. Please let her know what you would like to do.</div>

<div>Lord Daniel is taking care of archery and plans to have an exhibition shoot along short classes.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Lord Polydore Pike has offered to have a Viking camp but will need help in getting everything from his house to the site and back. </div>

<div>HL Pyro is making plans for a kitchen tent so that we can eat there.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>We need someone to help with heavy fighters, rapier, and bardic.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>This is such a great opportunity for us to be seen!</div>
