There were many who helped with gate, feast and logistics from both of our groups. Without your help this event could not have been possible. I will let the event stewards and each department head thank the many folks who assisted them in their endeavors.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My thanks to Lady Viviana for helping me be in charge of decorating/set up, and thanks Lord Will, Lady Megan, Alianorra, Lord Damon, Mistress Serena, Lord John, Lord Richard, Master Caelin, Lady Layla, and Sir Lasguaard for their assistance with decorating the hall on Friday night. Saturday morning several others including Lord Wilhelm and Lord Goldweard

There were so many helping with take down and it went so efficiently that I could not make note of everyone.
