weather. It is still 36 degrees here and windy. Making the wind chill 29
degrees. Although the temperature should warm to about 41 degrees by 2pm
the wind chill will fell like 30-39 degrees. This type of cold could cause
you bow to break and fingers to chap. </strong><o:p></o:p></p>
