Good day to all of Elfsea,<BR> <BR>Our Barony needs to fill the office of Youth Combat Marshal so our young warriors won't be disappointed at practices when I can't be there!<BR>The office is a lot of fun and the requirements are incredibly easy to fill. Even if you're not a Chivalric Fighter (a few of our Marshals aren't)<BR>you'll have incredible help from all of those who are. The simple requirements are:<BR> <BR>1. Show up! Be there for the kids at practices and events<BR>2. Once a month around the last day, a simple report is emailed to my office to compile with the others and forward to Kingdom. Basically it's a <BR> "what did you do, how many were there, anything else to add?" kind of report that takes 5 minutes a month to finish.<BR>3. Learn the rules which are in the Complete Participants' Handbook at the Ansteorra website, page 31. (VERY easy to do)<BR>4. (Most important!) LOVE working with the young people, who are pure magic to see when they armor-up and hit the field!
