The cooking staff will determine menus (to be approved by Their Excellencies, of course), a pre-event cooking schedule (f necessary), what equipment will be required on site, as well as actually cooking what can be done on site. Food and supply purchases will be handled by a deputy in charge of this function.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>If you have equipment to loan and/or would like to be a part of the crew, please let me know as soon as possible.
