<div>I am very pleased to announce that Don Sebastian Frobishire will be your new Elfsea Seneschal.  As I indicated to both the Baron and Baroness and to Don Sebastian himself, I feel this is a natural progression of his activities within the barony and have all confidence that he will capably perform the duties of office.  We are still working out the details of the transfer of duties, but we will keep the barony apprised of when it will actually occur.  In the meantime, I'm sure you'll all join me in congratulating Don Sebastian.</div>
