At that meeting Pyro and I announced we are restarting the Cooks' Guild starting in September. It will be the first Monday of each month at 7PM until we decide we are done. We know that is a holiday for September, but hope people will have the time to join
us.<br>
<br>
Each meeting will have a topic/skill taught and food will be cooked and eaten (generally using the topic/skill). If the cooking time prohibits eating what we prepare, we will cook in advance for eating and save whatever you make for ourselves to eat later.
If you have constraints on what you can eat, drop us a note and we will try to make it OK for you too.<br>

The first topic will be "Knife work". Bring your favorite knife or use ours (we have plenty of them).<br>
<br>
The location is our home at 2220 Patterson Pl, Arlington, Tx 76012.<br>
<br>
Feel free to share this note with other SCA people who might be able to join us.<br>
