<DIV>As announced this morning at the Bryn Gwlad event, Elfsea's new Baron and
Baroness will be HL William and HL Cassandra Palfrey.</DIV>

<DIV>The investiture will take place Saturday, June 27th, at Elfsea Baronial
College. They will assume their new position with a full complement of
officers and a very motivated, energetic populace. </DIV>
