<div>Greetings Elfsea!<br><br>Just a reminder we are accepting bids for Elfsea Baronial College to happen 9/6/25. We are “penciled in” at the UU Church we have been using the past several years but it is not a requirement if another site is preferred. <br><br>We choose both our Bardic and Artisan Champions at Elfsea Baronial College. <br><br>This event is a day of arts and sciences, focused on teaching. The sooner a bid is submitted and accepted, the sooner the call for teachers can be put out. There will also be a meeting held for the Order of the Azure Keystones of Elfsea.<br><br>His Excellency, Absolon, and myself would like sideboard luncheon included in the bid. <br><br>Bids are due at the June Populace meeting, 6/23/25. At this time zero bids have been submitted. <br><br>Respectfully,<br>Silvana<br>Baroness of Elfsea</div>
