Yes and no.  It sits unused by the general public most of the year, but 
improvements and renovations are always ongoing during the weekends at TRF, 
pretty much year round.  Those renovations increase as the year goes on, 
reaching a fever pitch in September, the last few weekends before TRF opens 
to the public.  It's precisely in the middle of this frenzied preparation 
time that Baronial is held each year, every second weekend in September in 
accordance with Kingdom law.

The idea is great, I just wish the timing was better for it.
