Good ideas... thanks for handling this! :-)

I would add a checkbox or notation whether (and to what extent) we'll be sharing
the site with the public ("mundanes"). Having a couple of campers wander by to
check us out is one thing; being ogled (and, sadly, maybe burgled) from the
neighborhood across the street is something else. This issue affects both our
ability to create and sustain the illusion of being in the Middle Ages, and the
"level of concern" of our security people.
