Greetings to all from the list administrator:

The following note was sent to the Gate's Edge list but was bounced by the 
Majordomo because of a word it found in the subject line.  

(Repeating that word here also bounced the silly thing, so just suffice it to 
say that you need to RESCHEDULE things instead of deleting them from the 
calendar, shall we say.)

As luck would have it, I found this too late to correct the situation and 
forward the info to the list.  (Constance, dear, my sincere apologies for the 
people that showed up at your doorstep tonight if any did indeed do so.)

Well, folks, now we know.

Dear Fellows,

    As predicted at Monday's officer's meeting, my mundane life and my
insane life have interfered with our SCA life.  We will not be holding a
charter painting at our house tonight.  Sorry folks!  We will make a plan
for the future meetings and let everyone know at the populace meeting.
