GE - Post Mortem Meeting Tonight

Just another reminder that the Midsummer Faire post-mortem meeting is
tonight.  If you where "in charge" of something at MSFX please try to attend
or to send feedback via someone else.  Anyone else who has comments on the
event that they wish to share should feel free to attend.

The whole idea of a post mortem is to list the things that we did correctly
and the things we did incorrectly.  Right now while it is fresh in our
minds, we should list the things we think we should change for next year and
the things we will not change.

Keep in mind that the idea is NOT to critique an individual but rather to
examine our planning and execution which are group efforts.  Everyone did a
good job, worked hard and as a result the event was certainly a smashing
success.  However, hopefully we all learned something and the idea is to
preserve that wisdom for next year.

Please spend some time before coming tonight and give some thought to each
of the individual events and areas like:


Over-All Event Coordination
Event Ads, Announcement, Web Pages, etc.
The Site
The Date
Archery
Bardic
Dance
Arts & Sciences
Chivalric Tourney
Rapier Tourney
Games
Children's Activities
Gate Guard
Water Bearing
Site Setup and Take down
The Feast
Prizes and Gifts
Scrolls
etc.
