Are there any others of the principals from MSF X  that has a conflict on
this day?

Monday nights are out because of populace and officers meetings either here
or in Stargate, Wednesdays nights are out because of our own fighter
practices, and Friday nights and weekends are out because people will be
traveling to events.  This seems to only leave Tuesday (the reason this date
was chosen) and Thursdays which is Dance Guild but I am not sure how many of
our principals attend Dance Guild.

There are conflicts every night of the week, we just need to decide what is
the least conflicting.

If we need to move to Thursday then our house will be open that evening as
well.

Keep in mind that we really do not want to postpone the post-mortem until
the next week because we wan't the event to still be as fresh in our minds
as possible.
