GE - What about New Comers

Dear Sore and Weary,

I have just the thing for immobile muscles.  It's called 'Missy Pruitt,
RMT'.  She is a Registered Massage Therapist and she works out of her home.
Her rates are very reasonable.  She lives just north of Louetta off of
Steubner-Airline and her phone is 281.376.0086.   I see her once a week and
she has actually gotten the concrete blocks out of my neck and shoulders.

Other than that, add one cup of cider vinegar to a hot bath and soak until
the water cools.

I don't think I'm going to make new comers for felt class.  I painted 1/2
the pool yesterday and will be finishing it today.  I can hardly move now,
so I can imagine that I will be close to immobile by this evening.  Can you
explain the "how to's" to me at the Raven's Fort event?
