My apologies to the list.... I stand corrected.  But a point please... my 
uncle DID get called by the scammer... he hung up.  And he DID call the 
phone companies -- he was NOT told it was a commerical scam only.

And I sent this warning only to the 2 lists I care about... not to the 
entire web....
