[Gatesedge] Reminder: Populace Meeting

Today is NOT Gate's Edge populace!!  As this is the First Monday of the
month, it is in reality, Stargate's populace meeting.

Our populace meeting is NEXT Monday, August 13, regular time - 7:15 pm;
regular place.
