Greetings Friends,

Eadric asked if anyone had a schedule for Stargate Yule this weekend.  I
have included one here and I hope that we can see as many of you as
possible.

Stargate Yule Revel - Dec. 8th
EVENT SCHEDULE
8  AM - Finish setup
9  AM - Troll opens
             Begin announcements
10 AM - Start children's activities?
11:30 AM - Judges/Royalty lunch served
12:30 PM - Announce start of A&S and Bardic competitions
2:00 PM - Planning time for Court
4:00 PM - Announce close of A&S and Bardic competitions in 30 minutes
4:30 PM - Announce close of Champion competitions.  A&S competitors MUST
clear their displays by 5 PM.
5:00 PM - Announce feast starts in 1 hour.
6:00 PM - FEAST
7:30 PM - COURT
9:30 PM - DANCING?
11:00 PM - Site closes
