Greetings gentle populous

As you know we are having a Regalia sewing party March 22nd at 7 PM.  I will
be hosting this get together as I have huge amounts of sewing space.  My
address is   2019 Roanwood, 77090.  For those of you who are coming, I live
just around the corner from Seren, so you basically know how to get here
already!  From the intersection of 1960 and Kuykendahl, turn onto 1960
toward I45, the 1st stop light is Sugar Pine (on the north side), turn into
Ponderosa Forest (left from Kuykendahl or right from I45), go to the second
stop sign (Roanwood) and turn right.  We are the 5th house from the corner
on the right, the porch light will be on and there's plenty of parking in
the drive way before you need to park in the street.  The phone number is
