GE - Other reminders - Please read!

To Gates Edge:



   I just wanted to send out some other reminders for the next few weeks so 
that you can put them on your calendar.

For all coordinators:  Please send me a write-up on your "event" so that I 
can put it in the event booklet.  I would like those as soon as possible.  
Thank you.

Second:  Gates Edge clean-up day is on Saturday the 7th of April at Eadric's 
house.  If it rains alternative day and place will be the 28th of April at 
Annes.  Current start time will be about 10 AM.

Third:   Sewing Guild/ Iron Seamstress will be April 12 -Thursday At 7:00PM 
until 9:15PM then clean-up.  This sewing time will be mainly for loner garb. 
  If you have extra materials you wish to donate please bring them.


Fourth:  THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!  Prizes - I have been hunting for prizes 
and have found some interesting items BUT, I still need the populce help...  
My very last call for prizes will be on May 14 which is our last populace 
meeting before the event.  BUT - I would like any and all donations before 
this date at ALL possible.  I would like a little time to arrange all the 
baskets.  REMEMBER we have 10 events plus children's which needs multiple 
prizes.  So, please start digging.  We have meetings of all sorts until the 
14th of May to bring the goodies and if you can't come call me and I will 
come and get them.  I thank the populace in advance for there efforts.


Last one:  I will need some volunteers to help me set-up the pavilion for 
Her Majesty (on event-Friday) and 3 servers at feast.  For anyone wishing to 
help with dinner in other ways I am sure Caitlin is waiting to hear from 
you.

and send to you as soon as possible.  I thank you for your understanding.
