GE - Small trouble with the list

The current problem isn't RR related.

I have looked at a couple of the headers from duplicate messages I have been
receiving today via the Ansteorran Archery list and there hasn't been any
RoadRunner involved.

Still things like this happen.

The trouble was with roadrunner.  Pug took the announce list down until he
got back from war because roadrunner was posting 4 and 5 times, they had a
mail snafu in the early part of the month and were down for 4 days.
