[Gatesedge] Award Recomendations fro Midsummer Faire

It is just a few short weeks till Midsummer Faire XI so if there are members
of the populace who you think should be recognized for their endeavors and
receive awards at the event you should send in award recomendations now.

There is an online form that you may use at:

 http://www.ansteorra.org/regnum/crown_coronet/awards.html

The online form will email your recomendation to Their Majesties at
crown at ansteorra.org.

You may also email the information directly to their majesties at
crown at ansteorra.org.  Please include the following information:

1. The SCA name of the person you are recommending.

2. The mundane name of the person you are recommending?

3. How long this person has been in the SCA?

4. The award are you recommending for this person?

5. What events this person will be attending in the near future?

6. A paragraph explaining the basis for your recommendation:

7. Your SCA name, local group, and phone number.

8. The SCA names, local groups, and phone numbers of others who agree with
this recommendation.

After submitting the award be sure and copy Their Excellencies Godwin and
Lissa djurgens at swbell.net  and   sjurgens at swbell.net.  The online form will
not copy Their Excellencies.  You will have to do that manually.
