Nan,

Since you have so many questions lets please talk about this tonight at
populace.

All three faucets are centrally located.  Two of them are along side the
largee pavillion approx 150 feet fro mthe list fields.  The other one is
roughly twice that distance away at a pavillion that we will be using for
childrens activities.

We will have a water bearers/chirugeons point setup in the main area that
will not be too far from most activities.   When you need to refill the
coolers they wont have to be carried far and I am sure there will be some big
strong fighters that will help.

Satellite water coolers at Archery and Equestrian should take care of those
area with regular patrols by the water bearers to remind everyone to stay
hydrated.

The outlands has a pretty decent water bearers handbook online that you
should read at http://www.pcisys.net/~lyssa/outlands/water.html  Forget about
authorizations and such  just remember you never enter a list field,
equestrian field, archery range, etc. All the stuff about equipment, water
point, chiurgeons help, equestrian tips, etc are all important and worth
reading.
