Eadric----- I have now heard two times to arrive at the site for Thursday- 3
PM & 4 PM....
when do you want us there?  We plan to spend the entire afternoon and
evening doing set-up.

Seren and I have almost completed the pass-down banners (YEAH !!!!!!!)
