[Gatesedge] TRF proper attire

I have some questions about proper trf attire mainly about footwear.  I
know that tennis shoes would not be considered acceptable but what about
low cut black leather workshoes.  For pants what are considered
acceptable, could one go in sweat pants of a nonloud color like standard
black or dark blue?

I saw hats are also required. I heard many wear straw hats.  Would a
place maybe like hobby lobby or something be a good place to check for
straw hats?

Just trying to get ready.
