[Gatesedge] Hey sewing guild

I have a project for the sewing guild when there is time.   I need a banner
made for the Archery Marshals Inspection point at War.

I basically want a large, long, swallow-tailed banner like the championship
banners that were made for our champions.    A Yellow banner with a Black
Ansteorran Star with a Pheon on top of the star.  I have artwork.

Any help greatly appreciated.  I will of course pay for all the materials.
