[Gatesedge] Academy of the Rapier and June date

I agree with Lady Serin completely.

I assume WestGate would have put second and third choice weekends on the
forms.  Whichever gets approved first get the weekend.  The other group cant
be expected to wait around to find out IF the other group is awarded the
event.
