[Gatesedge] Gulf War pre-registration

Greetings Unto the populace,

     If you plan to go to Gulf War this year your pre-registration must be
mailed by tomorrow. If you have not already registered and can not get to a
post office before then get your registration to me by tomorrow afternoon
and I can take it to the airport post office. If you intend on camping with
Gate's edge please let me know. I will need the following info via E-mail
for each person attending:

SCA name
Mundane name
Phone
E-mail
Date and estimated time of arrival
dimensions of tent with out ropes
dimensions of tent with ropes

I can also be contacted at 281-583-1878 or 832-594-5553 . Lady Anne will be
handling the Gate's Edge meal plan it will be $10 per day and include
breakfast and dinner Tuesday thru Saturday. Those who have special dietary
requirements or will volunteer for kitchen duty please contact Lady Anne at
RobinW5410 at aol.com . Remember, if Anne tells me she needs help I make chili
that night and nobody wants that, except of course Mattius and Zantac. I
look forward to seeing all of you at War.
