Unto the populace,
Just a couple of questions.  I am trying to organize and expand the herald's
office stuff.  I am thinking of purchasing a small double drawered filing
cabinat for that purpose.  But before I ask the officer's to approve a 30 to
40 dollar purchase on my office's part, I would like to find out if anyone
in the canton has an old filing cabinat that they would like to donate.
