[Gatesedge] Out of the Haze of Autocrat Foo

Dear Folks,

First, I want to say thank you to all the Gate's Edge people who worked so
long and hard to help out at Stargate Baronial.  Alisstassia-the glow sticks
rocked!  Port o pots are not all that spiffy but they looked kind of pretty
all lit up from the green, red and blue sticks.  Carluccio, Ian and
Eadric-archery was great from all accounts and Eadric again for all the help
with getting site and sink, and hose, and cable and your
pavillion...and...and....Tegan-it was such a smooth gate-I love
you-congratulations on the new yellow belt...Stephan for gate and kitchen
and the bunny ears...all the Scarlet Sisters for the help with waterbearing
(see, I noticed) and everything else...Caitlin for the luncheon and head
table...Bowen for powerwashing the big pavillion...Damask put up the
showers...you rock girl...Robine for the tavern and all the help to
Fiona...Sabine and Hugh for doing all that you do best...I saw you
everywhere...Peter for volunteering to help herald ...even if Alden didn't
use you...Gwen for organizing waterbearing...Kat and Fiance (name escaping
into the haze of autocrat foo) for being my legs when mine gave out...James
and Tasha...geeze you guys are incredible...Lisabetta..the scrolls were
absolutely delightful...I was close enough to really look at them as they
were presented and they were gorgous....Evalune..I loved the braids...Seren
....mommy extordinaire...everywhere you were needed every time...My God you
people make me so proud..the event literally wouldn't have been nearly as
easy if you were not here to be the people you are....

>From the bottom of my heart, please accept the only gifts I have for
you....my thanks and my love...you done good.

On a closing note, Caitlin-I have your cooler and wooden bowl.  Robine-I
have you big green tub and the knife box.  Please contact me privately for
arranging their ransom....er...return....been around the damn Vikings in the
Longship too much this weekend.
