[Gatesedge] Possible new event site

Each autocrat generally finds our sites.  I am currently looking for a
site for our Feb. event.  We also have an event coming up in Nov. that
we THINK we have a site for but it could turn iffy.  Who is the
interested party and what facilities do they have?
