[Gatesedge] Need Time on the Agenda

Sorry for the post to the list, but I can't remember Cait's work address
and I'm at school.

I need a bullet on the New Business agenda tonight at populace.  Call it
"Gatesedge List Policies".  I'll likely need about three to five minutes
barring any heated debate that comes from my soapbox rant tonight.

And yes, folks, I'm going to be ranting.
