We delegate the task to the Chamberlain/Quatermaster and help him as much as
we can.  It may take calling him and setting a time to meet at his home?  We
will need to take the initiative to get it back.  If he still travels to
Bordermarch to practice with Simon (I'll find out) then I can ask his Knight
to try and help us.

If we have to make a new banner then so-be-it.  If someone will volunteer the
work I spring for materials.  However, my vote would be that any champion
that fails to return the branch regalia in good order (or replace it if it is
lost, stolen, or damaged in an accident) should not be allowed to hold any of
our championships again until they have made restitution and done pennance.

With the 11 banners that our ladies made and handed out I am actually
suprised that we got all but one back in good shape.
