What every day you want to have them!  Where ever you want to have them.  
Usually they are help once a month.  Tasha and Mattius would hold newcomers, and 
herald consult on the same night...kinda killing two birds with one stone.  
Snorri is the ad interim, if it's something ya'll want to consider.
