  Greetings.
  Well we had our first Cour d'Amour planning meeting. Only 2 of our event coordinators showed. We did get some decisions made and will be holding another meeting in a few weeks, as well as site/feast token making parties. Until then I ask that each activity/competition coordinator please forward (soon) to Lady Natalia any/all info. you have pertaining to the activity you are coordinating so that it may be added to the event web page. Also if you are coordinating an activity that requires some advance notice to those who may participate (ie. brewing) now is not too soon to place messages out on the lists to advise folks of your activity and it's details, rules, requirements etc.
