A & S set-up will begin at 11...... frugal garb as well.

Viewing of entries for both the competition and frugal garb will be from
noon until 2 PM.

Judging will be from 2 to 3 PM to allow for the painting of the scroll.  

Frugal garb will be judged by populace votes from 2 to 4 PM.

All entries must be removed from the hall by 4:45 to allow for setting up
for court and feast.
